About Relapse Prevention
The Bible teaches us that when we try to change our behaviors, we must first change our internal thought/belief structure. When we do not first change how we think… our behaviors remain the same and this leads to relapse.
The Genesis Process focuses on a person’s self-destructive behavior that is derived from a faulty belief system. By changing one’s faulty belief system, cravings can be reduced, and relapse can be prevented. You can prevent relapse when you stop the brain from producing cravings.
Genesis tools are shown to aid anyone who wants to change, despite his or her self-defeating behaviors.
